My name is Malte Kvarnryd and I grew up in Västerås, Sweden. I'm a 19-year-old freelance photographer with a focus on photojournalism. My interest in nature and being creative has been with me since birth. In the fall of 2024, I started studying photojournalism at Nordens Fotoskola. I mostly photograph nature and people. My goal is to capture moments and light that are easily missed. In 2023, I won second place in the Nordic Nature Photo Contest in the category "Young Nordic Nature Photographer of the Year".
